• How to choose safety window for machine tool?
  It depends on which kind of machine tool would be applied for since the norm for each machine tool is different. For example CNC lathe would need the EN ISO 23125 and the EN ISO 16090-1 for machining center. Derstrong products are all certificated by CE and we also provide customers the assistance in obtaining CE certification for the various kinds of machine tools.

• What's the difference between DERSTRONG safety window and laminated glasses?
  
    Safety window for machine tool is 30 times stronger than acrylic and even 1000 times stronger than laminated glass.
  That's the reason that machine tool did not use acrylic or laminated glass as a vision window. 
  
  Otherwise the spindle speed of machine tool increase perpendicularly, if the accident occurred (which caused by the components dropped) the operators are exposed to an extremely dangerous working environment and even life threatening.
  
  In a few word, the criterion of safety window is strict.
